The findings include:

– Slaughterhouse employment has significant effects on arrests for rape and arrests for sex offenses

– Slaughterhouse employment is a significant predictor of total arrests and violent arrests

– The work done within slaughterhouses might spillover to violence against other less powerful groups, such as women and children
